INCREDIBLE! THEY SOLD US WHAT WE WANTED, AND NOT WHAT THEY NEEDED TO SELL.

Good customer service

1st I asked to have the inside air filter checked as exhaust & ourside smells come into the vehicle (this I asked when I came in for free oil change.) 2nd Three days after free oil change. My air conditioner stopped working. (i brought my car in and was asked if I could get a ride, i countered with if you will be having my car over the weekend and into next week, I would like a loaner please. They offered an EV as the only available vehicle, until I had so many questions, I think that they thought better of it. I was given a new equinox with enough gas to get me to the closest gas station. It was a very nice loaner for sure. 3rd The machine to assess the airconditioning was broken and needed service. 2 to 3 days 4th Car was there in the shop for 3.5 weeks, and the final week after GM contacted the service representative to buy back the vehicle. The office refused to email me the bill of sale and the car was then fixed within 2 days. 5. Since that time General Motors has been told, that the service manager was out on emergency and now that he no longer works there. This has stalled the progress of returning the car to Covina Hills, and definitely has solidified that I will not be purchasing my replacement vehicle there. I will stop here with my critiques as I have a customer service background and most of my interactions with staff there could use a little polish. My daughter still wants a Chevy, so her choice will be up to her if she intends to puchase from CHs Chevrolet. Thanks for asking and I hope that customer service improves under the new ownership. My experience has been less than ideal.
